My sister always quotes a friend of her's who says "No Stinkin'Thinkin'" and "Check up from the neck up?"---good thoughts!
I got this email from a friend and thought it was good...especially seeing how i posted earlier this week about 'what you put in;is what comes out' (Phil.4:8,9)

hands down i agree! growing up my mom used to say over and over how our words should be like giving others a gift. i do believe in the power of them....i often find myself failing at it too. sometimes emotions and lack of discipline get in the way and words are said instead of revered.
all in all i try to be present and aware of how much "life" i want to give to something through my words.
great post.
